Yam Fry Recipe Ingredients

Yams-3
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Rice flour-1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chilli powder to taste
Yam Fry Recipe Procedure
Peel the skin of the yam and cut into small pieces.
Boil the yam pieces in a half bowl of water and add turmeric and salt.
When it cooked (but not overcooked) and drain water.
Add chilli powder, ginger & garlic paste, corn flour powder and mix it. Keep aside for half an hour.
In a non stick pan, add oil and put the yam pieces. Lightly fry them.
