Vegetable kurma Recipe Ingredients



Coconut powder-4 tbsp
Ginger-½ tea spoon
Garlic-1
Cloves-1
Fenugreeks-1tsp
Cinnamon stick-small piece
Onion-1 chopped well
Green chillies-2
Black pepper-few
Cashews-5
Cauliflower-1 cup
Green peas-½ cup
Beans-1/2 cup (chopped well)
Carrot pieces-1 cup
Potato pieces-1 cup
Water-1 cup
Oil-1 tbsp
Black mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1 tsp

Vegetable kurma Recipe Procedure

Boil the all vegetables and keep a side.
Grand ginger, garlic, cashews, cinnamon stick, black pepper, green chillies and cloves expect Fenugreeks.
Then take a pan and heat the oil put black mustard seeds and onions and fry. Wait onions gets golden brown color.
After that add chopped boiled vegetables pieces (add some water) and cook for some time.
Now add grind mixture, turmeric and salt and cook. Wait until the vegetable pieces get soft.
Now add coriander leaves. Here it is the hot vegetable kurma. Serve with rice or chapathi.
