Preparation of Tomato Mint Chutney recipe


Main ingredients are tomatoes and mint. Tomatoes will help to breast cancer. Tomato Mint Chutney recipe is to stay for 4 or 5 days only and it is best served with dosa and hot rice.
Recipe Ingredients
Main Ingredient- tomato mint
Tomatoes-4 cup
Mint Leaves-1 cup
Green Chilly-4
Coriander seeds-1/2 tsp
Tamarind Pulp-1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds- 1 tsp
Moog dal-1/4 tsp
Chana Dal-1/4 tsp
turmeric powder-a pinch
Garlic-5 cloves
Salt to taste
oil-1 tsp

Recipe Procedure

Chop the tomatoes and cook for raw smells goes.
Fry mint leaves and green chillies lightly.
Grind cooked tomatoes, fried green chillies, mint leaves, coriander seeds, garlic, tamarind paste, mint leaves and salt to make a soft paste.
Take frying pan add oil, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, chala and moon dal. Fry it lightly.
This fried mixture mix in tomato mint paste
Now tasty tomato mint chutney served with dosa.
