Recipe Ingredients
Main Ingredient- mint peanut
Peanut-1 cup
Curry Leaves- 1/2 cup
Mint Leaves- 3/4 cup
Green Chilly-3
Coriander seeds-1/2 tsp
Tamarind Pulp-1
Cumin Seeds- 1/4 tsp
Garlic-4 cloves
Salt to taste

Recipe Procedure
Peanut fry it and let it cook rub the peanuts with hands. Removes skin of the peanuts.
Mint leaves, curry leaves and green chillies fry it lightly.
In a mixier, add fried peanuts, mint, curry leaves, green chillies, salt, coriander seeds, tarmarind pulp and garlic cloves. Make a smooth paste of adding enough water.
Heat a small pan and add oil and chana dal, cumin seeds and turmeric powder.
Fried mixture add in a peanut mint paste. Mix it well.
Serve mint peanut chutney with dosa or idli.
