Recipe Ingredients
Main Ingredient- vegetables
Chopped carrots-1/2 cup
Chopped beans -1/2 cup
Chopped tomatoes-1/2 cup
Chopped brinjal-1/4 cup
chopped onions-1/4 cup
Chopped Green chillies-3
Chopped garlic-1 tsp
Vegetable oil-2 tsp
Cumin seeds (jeera)-1tsp
Tamarind-2 pieces Salt to taste
Recipe Procedure
Heat the oil in a pan and put the cumin seeds and it is crackle.
Add the chopped tomatoes, beans, brinjal, carrots, garlic, green chillies, onions and cook for some time.
When it is cooked and keeps aside.
Grind these all cooked vegetables and add tamarind to make a fine paste.
Add the crackles cumin seeds with oil and mix well.
Serve with dosa and idli.
