Cumin Chutney

Ingredients

Cumin - 1/4 cup
Onion - 2
Garlic - 2 cloves
Red chilli - 4
Coriander seeds - 2 tsp
Tamarind - a lemon sized ball
Curry Leaves - a few
Salt - to taste



Method

1. Cut onion, garlic finely.
2. Dry fry cumin lightly and set aside.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan.
4. Add onion, garlic and fry for a few minutes.
5. Add coriander seeds, chilli, fry and set aside.
6. When cool, grind fried items with tamarind, curry leaves and salt.
